Rakhee

Life is full of uncertainties; you don’t know what secret lies in tomorrow. Everything happens, happens for a reason, and happens for good. Happened to me too, overnight my life changed I became single again.  Cried, yelled, and fought did everything to save it, learned in a hard way, overcame the fright of “How will I handle my dependency?” But things changed, instinctively adapted the facts and sorted out my fear, got back to track, my biggest setback was my weight (Weighty issues of a mother).

I challenged myself to overcome fear, loss, anxiety, depression, mood swings, etc etc with one simple thing. WORK-OUT. Yes, my setback became an inspiration to others, unlike models I made no video’s but by the end of December 2017 I got featured in a leading Indian newspaper (The Times of India) that one Social Media post that went viral made me feel like a celebrity overnight. Messages, calls, likes, followers, friend requests from people who I never knew, calling me their motivation, strength & inspiration, all these messages boosted my confidence to the peak and there was no looking back. Yes, honestly I did change a lot in my diet, eating, sleeping & other habits. I worked out in a park & jogged in an open Corniche area in Sharjah, that summer of the Middle-East definitely helped me lose my weight quickly or you can say chop-chop. The toughest part was consistency which was nothing less than a challenge. it was like training your mind to continue work-out and stick to a schedule, Not did it only change my attitude towards me, my looks changed, I looked younger, happier, motivated, got the confidence to even speak as if I fought with my fear. Oh yes, don’t forget my PCOD’s reduced too.

This was my Accidental Inspiration story. I can definitely give you all a heads-up on all the details related to diet. Don’t forget to message me your motivational story too. Sharing the Times of India link.
